Account & Registration

Signing up on Carong is quick and easy. On the registration page Enter your mobile number, password, and required details. Once you submit the form, an OTP will be sent to your phone. Verify with the OTP and your account is ready to go. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

No. Each mobile number can only be linked to one Carong account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated bonuses being forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair play.

On the login page Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

For KYC verification on Carong, you'll typically need to submit a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. This is mandatory for large withdrawals. You'll receive an email or SMS notification once verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Carong does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) may apply their own service charges. There are no withdrawal fees on Carong's end either.
Bonuses & Promotions

Rollover means you must wager your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 5x rollover requires ৳2,500 in total bets. All bets placed with your bonus balance count toward the rollover. You can track your progress in your account dashboard.

Every bonus has an expiry period — usually between 7 and 30 days. If the rollover requirement isn't met within that time, the bonus is automatically cancelled. Your main balance is not affected. Always check the terms when you receive a bonus and use it promptly.

When you win with a free bet, you receive the profit only — not the original stake. For example, winning a ৳200 free bet at 2.5 odds returns ৳300 (৳500 minus ৳200). Expiry dates and usage conditions are detailed in the offer description.
Betting & Sports

Carong uses decimal odds. Your stake × odds = total return. For example: a ৳500 bet at 2.0 odds returns ৳1,000 (৳500 profit). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning — but a bigger payout if you do.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your stake is fully refunded — no commission or fees deducted. The refund is usually credited to your balance within 24 hours.
