Carong's Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide

Carong (https://carong.im) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Carong and all its users. By registering on Carong, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

To open an account on Carong, you must complete the registration form with accurate and truthful information. Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

If a match is cancelled, the stake placed on that match will be refunded. If it was part of an accumulator, that selection will be removed and the remaining odds recalculated. If a match ends in a draw and no draw betting market was available, the bet will be voided.

• Carong reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing is suspected, payment on the related bet may be withheld pending investigation.
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing sides on the same match is strictly prohibited.

• Abusive behavior or threats directed at Carong staff.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Carong may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violating the Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Court order or government directive.
